MEMORIAL DAY! TRY A PICNIC - TRUST ME

I cannot wait for this three day weekend. I having trying something new...picnicking. My boyfriend and I work non stop. We have adopted a new tradition of going on a picnic; no cell phones, no laptops, just books and trivia or board games. Now that I have discovered this amazing adventure we are trying to try different parks in our area and I am trying to (of course being a designer) master the art of a beautiful picnic. I have still not found the right picnic blanket so I am considering making my own. Something sturdy and waterproof on one side and something beautiful on the other. If you are designing your own little getaway why not make it beautiful right? I will definitely be posting my How-To on my other blog PaperMiss.blogspot.com if I decide to take on the project. HD EXPO!!

This past week I was in Las Vegas at the Hospitality Expo. I saw soo many a-mazing things. Many of the hotel guest experience related designs can translate into the residential world. I have the best time and learned soo much. It was truly an inspiring adventure.
